When Will Your Order Leave Our Warehouse?

We aim to get everything out of our workshop within 1-2 working days. If any delays occur we will inform you, and compensate.

Shipping Options UK Customers
For UK orders as a free shipping option we provide 2nd class mail, this usually arrives between 2-3 days, however in the current circumstances it can take longer. We offer the following upgrades for UK customers: 1st class shipping which can take 1-2 days 48hour tracked which is a 2 day tracked end to end service 24 hour tracked which is a 24 hour tracked end to end service special delivery guaranteed next working day by 1pm
Shipping Options For Overseas

For International orders we will provide free standard shipping after a cart value of £70, if your cart is over £100 we tend to upgrade it free of charge to ensure the order gets to you quickly.

Depending on your zone, we typically see international order arrive between 7-21 days, sometimes like for instant in Australia, the Philippines, or India this could be longer. However if it has been more than 30 days from your purchase date please get in touch so we can quickly resolve the issue and get our products over to you.

We off 2 types of shipping for international orders, Standard and Tracked. Both can be selected in the checkout. The delivery times can be similar in some cases, however Tracked shipping is usually 5 or 6 days faster, more reliable, and has end to end tracking.

Non-Delivery
If you are a UK customer and your order has not been received within 14 days of expected arrival, please get in touch so we can quickly get our products to you.
If you are an international customer and it has been longer than 30 days, please get in touch so we can resolve the issue and get our products to you.
