Bank transfer payment option
We want you to pay for your products how you want too, so we offer many payment options, from card payments and PayPal to crypto currency payments. Another payment method we accept is bank transfer, but please be aware you need to manually send the money from your account to ours. Details on how to do this are outlined if you select this method at checkout. You will receive order confirmation once confirming your order at checkout, but you will still need to send the payment so that we can process, and dispatch your order. 

When will my order be shipped?

We take a great deal of care with the picking and packing of your order and as such may take up to two working days to leave us. On the occasion it may take longer, we will contact you and we will of course throw a free item in.

Can I return my order?

We will except returns for un-opened products, so please contact us if you have any questions or want to return your purchase. As our products may come into contact on a personal level, we do not except returns for products once they have been taken out of there sealed airtight packing, We allow up to 14 days for returns. 

When will my order be delivered?

Orders for the UK should be delivered within 5 working days depending on the service you have chosen. Orders outside the UK but within the European Union should be delivered within 7-10 working days. Orders outside the EU should be delivered within 7-14 working days of dispatch.
(Please note due to COVID there are still many delay)

What do I do if my order has a problem?

Please contact us using the website contact form, or please contact our Facebook profile and we will get back to you about a resolution. 

My order UK hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your order is being delivered within the UK on un-tracked Royal Mail, please allow six business days after receipt of the dispatch email before contacting us. For Royal Mail Tracked, please contact us the day after your goods were due to be delivered. Royal Mail can deliver your parcel up to 6pm, Monday-Saturday. Please also be aware that currently covid-19 may have an impact on these times.

Do you reply to emails from the website?

Yes of course, we have copies sent to both of our personal inboxes so we don’t miss them, we will always try to reply within 24 hours.

Can I track my order?

Royal Mail First, Second class standard delivery, International and EU standard orders are not a tracked service. However, delivery is very reliable. All Royal Mail Tracked and special delivery items are tracked and signed. We will email your tracking number to you upon dispatch. If your order has not arrived within the delivery dates stated above, please contact us using the website contact form or message our Facebook page which we man daily.
Will I receive updates on my order?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order and again once your order has been dispatched, this is an automated email and sometimes find there way into your junk or spam folders, so please check there for correspondence. However we are always here, so if in doubt contact us via email or Facebook
